Intelligik is a trading name of Devloop Pty Ltd (ABN 72 688 784 518). This page explains what we collect when you use this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you send the contact form: your name, your business name, the phone number or email address you give us, and your message.
• When you book a call: the details you enter on the booking page. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy.
• When you call or email us: whatever you choose to tell us.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to you, to prepare a plan and a price for your business, and to do the work if you become a client. We do not sell your details or use them for anything else.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the check that keeps spam out of the contact form, and delivers each contact-form message to our inbox.
• Titan, our email provider, stores the messages you send us.
• Cal.com handles call bookings.
• Unsplash serves the photos on our example websites. When you open one, your browser requests those images from Unsplash directly, so it sees your IP address.

Some of these services store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are talking with you, and client records for as long as the law requires for tax and business records.

Seeing, changing or deleting your details

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on this website and we will respond as soon as we can.
